Exchange Policy. If you have purchased an item/s and decide that you would prefer a different size or a new item/s entirely, there are conditions in order to make an exchange. Firstly you must contact us within 24-hours of receiving your goods and explain what you would like to return and receive in exchange. If the exchange is approved, we shall proceed and you can arrange to get the item/s sent back to us. We can assist with this if needed. Upon arrival, the item/s will be inspected and provided it is in perfect order, all tags are attached and the item/s has/have not been worn or washed, we’ll proceed. If the new item/s cost more or less, you will either be refunded or billed the difference. Once ready, the new item/s will be couriered to you. NOTE: Please always try your best to order the correct sizes and item/s to keep exchanges to a minimum. Abuse of this service will only lead to price increases or us having to remove it. PLEASE note that no Black Friday Specials, or any other specials, can be exchanged or refunded due to limited stock.

Return and Refund Policy. The provision of goods and services by Kleilat is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, Kleilat will refund the client in full within 30 days (usually much quicker). Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30% administration fee. Orders must be cancelled within 24-hours of placing and paying for the order, or else no refund will be made whatsoever. Kleilat will only replace goods that are faulty due to poor workmanship or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Any discrepencies in the final product delivered to you must be reported to Kleilat within 24-hours of receipt. In this event, we shall arrange for a courier to collect the item/s. Once returned, the item will be inspected and provided the fault is as claimed, all the tags are still attached and the item has not been worn, nor washed, a new item will be dispatched to you.

Delivery Policy. Currently only available in Namibia and South Africa. After placement & payment of order, it takes approximately 2 working days until ready for the courier to collect. Your order should be delivered within 5-7 business days after the courier service has collected it. Please bear in mind that we no longer have control over the delivery period once the product has been collected. Deliveries could be delayed due to several reasons. In these instances, Kleilat will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it. Kleilat will not accept liability for missing or damaged items, unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and you are satisfied that they are in good condition. Kleilat uses a reliable courier service. If there is nobody to sign for the package at the given delivery address, you will be phoned on the number provided in your Kleilat profile. If you cannot be reached, the delivery will be attempted in the following days. Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.

​Kleilat supplies delivery to all major Namibian and South African cities.

​If you live on a farm or outlaying area, please contact us before placing your order to ensure that we shall be able to deliver to your location and if an additional delivery fee is applicable.

​International Delivery. We DO NOT offer international delivery. However, if you do wish to buy our products from overseas, you are more than welcome to organise your own courier company to collect your product.

Damage or loss. Kleilat will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product whilst being couriered.
